Below is a link to an article I read yesterday. To build a business, we always have to keep our eye on the ball, and that ball is sales. We need to continue to focus on selling. Of course, you need to have something of value to sell, and this has had to be where I have had to spend more time than perhaps I should be. I have been building and mentoring the products and services we offer, which is what I am really good at. (Which is why I am looking for top-notch sales people.) This mission I’m on is all about making sure we provide nothing but the best in quality and service in everything we do, and then have the mechanism capable of spreading the word.
